The customer required a handheld consumer device for applying makeup flawlessly. The device minimizes imperfections in the skin, resulting in a beautiful and natural finish.

JAKTOOL teamed with an OEM device manufacturer to design, engineer and prototype a precision dispensation device. The device was used to dispense atomized fluid into nasal passages.

JAKTOOL was contracted to design, engineer and develop a high fidelity prototype for a device that atomizes fluid into a patient’s eye with the goal of providing better patient care.

JAKTOOL teamed with a consumer healthcare OEM to design and build a wearable device for consumers, incorporating Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), rechargeable lithium ion batteries and LEDs for skin care. The wearable device contained a PCB with both rigid and flexible components, enabling it to conform to the user’s shape.

JAKTOOL worked closely with the a product development team to validate and improve the design, supporting risk-mitigation efforts for production.
