TURNAROUND ASSEMBLY
DESIGN CHANGE TESTING VALIDATION
The U.S. Army ARDEC required a Turnaround Assembly prototype to field-test prototype 30MM ballistic hardware for the M230 chain gun weapon system.
Design Update & Technical Data Package Transfer
- JAKTOOL utilized its extensive prototyping capabilities across a variety of materials and manufacturing processes including milling, turning, water jetting, plating, and assembly
- JAKTOOL documented all design changes throughout the process and provided a technical data package to the client
- Upon completion, JAKTOOL hosted government engineers for validation testing with total success
