The engineering team at U.S. ARMY ARDEC needed a novel test fixture to evaluate pyrotechnic material for their spotter program to allow evaluation in a laboratory environment.

JAKTOOL partnered with ARDEC engineers to support design and development of a prototype test fixture and consumables
Outputs included a TDP scrub, the test fixture and test consumables
U.S. government leveraged JAKTOOL in-house engineering and manufacturing capabilities to perform mold-flow, construct tooling, and injection-mold test consumable hardware

Result:

Two complete test fixtures were delivered on time and within budget. Fixtures provide ARDEC engineering with a new method to capture valuable data.
